What to include in a bug report
A report with these five things usually gets a real answer first time. Without them the first reply is just a request for them.
The diagnostic report
Copy diagnostics in Licence & about copies your adapter state, active rules, enforcement state, licence status and version to the clipboard. It is plain text, so read it — and edit out anything you would rather not share — before you paste it to us.
Expected versus actual
"Steam should use the LTE adapter but the meters show it on Wi-Fi" is actionable. "Routing is broken" is not, and costs a round trip to clarify.
The rule involved
Export the profile, or paste the diagnostics summary. Precedence between rules is the cause often enough that seeing the whole list matters.
Whether it is reproducible
Every time, sometimes, or once? An intermittent fault after a reconnect is a different investigation from one that reproduces on demand.
What else touches the network
VPN clients, third-party firewalls and endpoint security products all register at the same layer. Naming them up front skips a whole exchange.
# in the application
Licence & about → Copy diagnostics # paste this into the email
Licence & about → Open log folder # attach the newest file
Profiles → Export # if a specific profile misbehaves
# and the one screen that usually explains it
Rules → the state beside each rule
Feature requests are welcome
Tell us what you were trying to achieve rather than the feature you think would achieve it — sometimes there is already a way, and when there is not, the underlying goal shapes a better design. What is currently queued is listed on the changelog.
