Terms of sale
These terms cover the commercial side of a purchase — price, payment, delivery, refunds and renewals. What you may do with the software once you have it is covered by the licence agreement.
The short version
Prices are in USD and exclude tax, which is added at checkout. Your key arrives by email within minutes. You have thirty days to get a full refund for any reason at all, and if you are a consumer you also have your statutory rights on top of that. Nothing renews without you buying it.
1. Scope and parties
These terms govern the sale of software licences by Anurag Sinha, trading as Dual Internet ("we", "us"), to you ("you"). Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract forms when we send your licence key, not when payment is authorised.
Where you order on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so and that organisation is the customer for these purposes. Business customers are not consumers and the statutory rights in clause 6 apply only to consumers.
2. What is being sold
A licence to use the software, delivered as a licence key. You are not purchasing a physical product, a subscription to a service we operate, or ownership of the software itself. The specific entitlement attaching to each tier — perpetual or subscription, machine count, update window — is set out on the pricing page and governed by the licence agreement.
The trial is not a sale, and the payment terms in this section do not apply to it.
3. Pricing and tax
Prices are stated in United States dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, which is calculated at checkout from your billing country and shown before you pay. Your card issuer performs any currency conversion at its own rate and may add its own fee; we receive and refund only the USD amount.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already placed, and a perpetual licence already purchased is unaffected by any later price change.
If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price. We will tell you before doing so, and you may re-order at the correct price.
4. Payment
Card payments and the common regional wallets are accepted through our payment processor. Checkout is hosted by the processor: your card details are entered on their systems and never reach ours. See the privacy policy for what we receive.
Enterprise orders may be invoiced against a purchase order with payment by bank transfer on 30-day terms. Licences on invoiced orders are issued on receipt of the signed order, not on receipt of payment. Overdue invoices may accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Individual Pro licences are card only, because the administrative cost of invoicing exceeds the licence price.
5. Delivery
Your licence key is emailed to the address given at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment clearing, along with a PDF invoice and the date your update window closes. Delivery is electronic; nothing is shipped.
If the key has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder, then email support@fablelabs.in from the purchasing address and it will be reissued. A key mistyped into a wrong email address can be reissued to the correct one on request, provided you can evidence the purchase.
The software itself is downloaded from the download page and does not require a key to install — the 30-day trial starts immediately, and entering a key unlocks the paid tier.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Thirty days, any reason, no questions. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights sit on top of this and are not reduced by it.
6.1 Our refund policy
You may request a full refund within thirty days of purchase for any reason or none. Email support@fablelabs.in from the purchasing address. No form, no explanation, no requirement to demonstrate a fault.
The refund is issued to the original payment method, normally within three business days, and appears on your statement according to your bank's own timing. The associated licence is deactivated at the same time and the software reverts to free-tier limits — your rules and profiles are retained locally, not deleted.
6.2 Statutory rights (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. Because digital content is supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins with your consent — which is why checkout asks you to acknowledge immediate supply. Our own 30-day policy in clause 6.1 is deliberately more generous and applies regardless, so in practice the statutory position rarely matters.
Separately, and beyond any refund window, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where it is not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or price reduction as that Act provides. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
6.3 Enterprise orders
Subscription orders may be cancelled within thirty days of the start of a term for a full refund. After thirty days a term runs to its end; we do not pro-rate a partial term, and the subscription simply does not renew unless you renew it.
6.4 Refunds we will decline
Requests outside thirty days where no fault is alleged, and repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same product by the same customer. Both are rare, and in the second case we will tell you rather than silently refusing.
7. Renewals
Pro is not a subscription and nothing auto-renews. When your twelve-month update window closes, the software carries on working exactly as before — you simply stop receiving new versions until you choose to buy a renewal. There is no stored payment mandate and no automatic charge.
Renewals are discounted against the current price and extend the update window from the date it expired rather than the date you paid, so renewing late loses nothing.
Enterprise subscriptions renew only on a new order or an agreed renewal in writing. We will contact you before a term ends; if you do nothing, the term ends and the software reverts to free-tier limits.
8. Upgrades and tier changes
Moving from Pro to Enterprise credits the full amount you paid for Pro against the first year of Enterprise seats, regardless of when you bought it. Moving from Enterprise to Pro is a new purchase; we do not refund the remainder of a subscription term.
Additional Enterprise seats may be added mid-term and are pro-rated to the end of the current term so all seats renew together.
9. Availability and our obligations
We will use reasonable care and skill in supplying licences and support. Support response targets published on the contact page are targets rather than contractual commitments, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including payment processor outages, email delivery failures at your provider, or internet disruptions. Where such an event delays delivery of your key we will fulfil it as soon as practicable, and you may cancel for a full refund if delivery becomes impossible.
10. Liability
Our total liability arising from a purchase is limited as set out in clause 9 of the licence agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including a consumer's rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Complaints and disputes
Email support@fablelabs.in and describe the problem. Complaints are acknowledged within two business days and we will attempt to resolve them directly, which is faster for both of us than any formal route.
If we cannot reach a resolution, consumers may pursue the matter through their local consumer protection body or the courts. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — save that a consumer resident elsewhere retains the right to bring proceedings in their place of residence where local law provides it.
12. General
Entire agreement. These terms and the licence agreement are the whole agreement relating to your purchase. Nothing here limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Severability and waiver. If a provision is unenforceable the rest stands, and not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it.
Changes. We may revise these terms for future orders. The version in force when you placed your order governs that order; superseded versions are available on request.
Third parties. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
