Billing, licences and renewals

Your Professional key unlocks every version released in the twelve months after purchase, and those versions keep working forever. If you never renew, the application does not stop, lose features, or start nagging — you simply stop receiving new versions.

Renewal is optional and discounted against the current price. Buying a renewal extends the update window from the date it expired, not from the date you paid, so nothing is lost by renewing late.

Activation records a hardware fingerprint against your key. Three active machines at a time, and you can deactivate one from within the application or with Deactivate in Licence & about to free the slot immediately.

Reinstalling Windows on the same machine reuses the existing slot. If a machine is gone and you cannot deactivate it, email support with the key and we will clear the slot — there is no waiting period and no charge.

Thirty days from purchase, no questions asked, no requirement to explain what did not work. Email support from the address you bought with and the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your key is deactivated at the same time.

We would rather you used the full 30-day trial first and never needed this, which is why the trial holds nothing back.

Card and the common regional wallets through the payment processor, billed in USD. Your bank converts at its own rate. Enterprise orders can be invoiced against a purchase order with bank transfer on 30-day terms.

Card details never reach our servers — checkout is hosted by the processor. We store your email, licence key, tier and activation records, and nothing else. The privacy policy lists every field.
